Gentle Rhythm is a painting that is a reflection of a life seasons that are filled with variety and motion, yet at the same time continuity and softness.  These kinds of seasons feel very gentle on my soul as commitments come to an end and I am free to fill my days with a gentle balance of work, rest and pleasure. There is an alignment of body, soul, and mind that feels replenishing to my spirit; like a deep cleansing breath.
