A few years ago I had an opportunity to spend a weekend interacting with some amazing horses. It was a completely new experience for me. I found them to be powerful,  intimidating, but also gentle. While they remained within their boundaries, where they were safe and well cared for, they were equally wild and free. 
 
Here's to the boundaries that keep us safe and our spirit's that keep us free!
